What dosage should I take?

Accepted Answer

A common approach is to take a dose of 50-300mg of dried mushrooms for multiple days before taking a day or two off and then resuming. Alternatively, some prefer to go every other day or as they see fit. Tolerance can develop with non-stop use, but goes away a day or two post consumption.
We recommend starting out with 100mg if this is your first time and then experimenting from there to find what suits you best.

How is the product shipped?

We ship in a discreet manner with padded mailers or small boxes. Our customers have not had any issues receiving their packages. Orders are shipped out that business day if placed during business hours.
